It began with a frustration shared by two engineers who had spent years inside the worlds of industrial design and elite human performance. They had seen the best recovery facilities in the world. They had studied the science. They had immersed themselves — literally — in cold water in the most clinical, unforgiving conditions imaginable.
And they kept asking the same question: Why does world-class cold therapy have to look like it belongs in a hospital?
The market was functional. Useful. Occasionally effective. But it had been designed for locker rooms and rehabilitation clinics — not for the private home, the architectural wellness space, the residence where everything else had been chosen with extraordinary care.

Every material was interrogated. The stainless steel chamber was not selected for durability alone — it was selected for the way cold water moves across its surface, the way temperature transfers through it, the way it ages over a decade of daily immersion without compromise. The North American red cedar was chosen not for aesthetics alone, but for the way it responds to cold-water environments over the course of a lifetime.
The chiller system was the hardest problem. In cold therapy, precision is everything. The difference between 5°C and 7°C is not a number on a display — it is the entire quality of the experience. They built a system that holds temperature within tolerances competitors had never bothered to reach, because those building cold plunges were not the people who used them at the level where precision became non-negotiable.
